Your food is prepared fresh when you order. 

It is never pre-made waiting under a heat lamp.

Our marinated chicken is trimmed and prepared in house from the highest quality chicken breast.

Our salad ingredients are purchased as many as three times a week to ensure their freshness and quality.

All of the many products we sell are strategically selected to provide you and your family with only the highest quality without trans-fats and excessive processing.

We use only pure non-hydrogenated soy and olive oils.

Fresh air and clean water is a responsibility that we do not take lightly. We will continually strive to conserve our resources and do all that is in our power to reduce and recycle the byproducts of our business.

Our glass, corrugated boxes and other recyclable waste is collected sorted and recycled into other useful products.

Even our used frying oil is recycled and made into another useful product.
