Larry and Tracey, “The owners of Philly’s” are originally from New Jersey and Pennsylvania, so we have first hand knowledge of what a great original Cheesesteak should taste like. These are the flavors we were raised on. Our goal was simple, to open a place where folks from the east coast could revel in the flavors of home and our Colorado friends could enjoy a real Philadelphia style Cheesesteak. 

While other places have made concessions to use non-traditional rolls and less expensive cuts of meat, we will never make that compromise. We use only the best cuts of sirloin steak, the most flavorful cheeses and authentic Amoroso rolls.

While still holding on to our traditional recipes, we’ve since broadened our horizon and incorporated many other delicious flavors such as jalapeno, garlic, barbeque and blue cheese just to name a few.

Our restaurant is open and spacious, colorful and warm. Our staff is helpful and friendly.
